Bonnie Sue (Briggs) Wieder, 58, of Birdsboro, PA, passed away on October 1, 2021, at Reading Hospital. Born in Pottstown, PA, on November 18, 1962, Bonnie was the daughter of Ruth Elizabeth (Deebel) Briggs and the late John Dennis Briggs, who passed on August 11, 2021.
Bonnie graduated in 1980 from Pottsgrove High School; she loved to celebrate and reminisce about her time there as a cheerleader. She worked as a project manager for Henkels & McCoy in Blue Bell, PA. In her spare time, Bonnie enjoyed singing karaoke, celebrating Halloween, and traveling to Wildwood Crest, NJ. She was a social butterfly who thrived on spending time with her friends and family. She was a precious daughter, mother, and grandmother, and will be deeply missed.
In addition to her mother, Bonnie is lovingly remembered by her children, Tara (& Jason Vega) Frankenberg, Douglassville, PA, Crystal Frankenberg, Birdsboro, PA, Brittany (& Ryan) Ecker, Gilbertsville, PA, Danielle “DJ” Wieder, Green Lane, PA, and John (& Kasey Ickes) Wieder, Birdsboro, PA; her grandchildren, Maddox, Madeline, Savannah, Gavin, Briar, Jayce, Sterling, Carter, Sophia, Skye, and one baby on the way; her brothers, Jeffrey (& Irene) Briggs and Gregory (& Haley) Briggs; and many close friends who meant so much to Bonnie.
A viewing will take place on Sunday, October 10, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Houck & Gofus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 955 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464. A Life Celebration will follow at 5:00 p.m.

Interment will take place on Monday, October 11, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at Nuremberg Cemetery, 339 Mountain Rd., Zion Grove, PA 17985. The family asks that in memory of Bonnie’s love of Halloween, if possible, children attending the interment wear a Halloween costume.
