Kathleen Duffy

Obituary of Kathleen A. Duffy

Kathleen Ann (Moors) Duffy, 76, of Spring City, PA, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2022, at Paoli Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Robert Francis Duffy, with whom she shared 52 years of marriage.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, on April 29, 1946, Kathleen was the daughter of the late Anton and Emma (Rausch) Moors.

Kathleen was a member of St. Helena Catholic Church in the Olney section of Philadelphia, and a 1964 graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School. She worked for 25 years as a manager for Bell of Pennsylvania, first in Center City Philadelphia, and then later in Conshohocken, PA, and retired in 2007. Kathleen enjoyed going to the beach and boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ, and traveling to Florida to spend time with her friends. In her later years, she watched game shows and reality television, which she was happy to chat about in detail! Most of all, she loved the time she spent making memories with her family, and especially with her grandchildren who were her absolute joy. Although she enjoyed all holidays, she especially looked forward to Christmas since it meant more time with her family. Kathleen was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed.

In addition to her husband, Robert, Kathleen is lovingly remembered by her children, Brian (& Rika) Duffy, Kristen (& Mike) Davis, and Andrew (& Kristen) Duffy; her grandchildren, William, Hannah, Carson, and Charlotte; and her sister, Dorothy Coary. In addition to her parents, Kathleen was predeceased by her brother, Richard Moors.
